Steps to adopt

Adopting a puppy from minimutts is a careful and rewarding process designed to ensure a smooth transition for both you and your new companion. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Initial inquiry
Begin by sending an email or making a call to express your interest. We'll then arrange a phone call or FaceTime interview.

Meet and greet
After the initial contact, we’ll arrange a meet and greet, either in person or through an online engagement, to get to know each other better.

References and reservation
We may check references as part of our process. Once approved, you can place a deposit to reserve your chosen puppy or dog.

Ongoing updates
While you wait, we’ll provide weekly updates on your puppy's progress and development.

Pick up or transport
We will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your puppy or to arrange transport to your home.

Final payment
The remaining balance is due when your puppy or dog is picked up or delivered to you.

Follow-up correspondence
Our commitment doesn't end at pick-up. We conduct follow-up interviews and correspondence to ensure a happy transition for everyone.
